Welcome to BEMCCF

The Black and Ethnic Minority Community Care Forum is an umbrella organisation for:

• Black and ethnic minority voluntary groups involved in providing community care services in the London Borough of Newham.
• Black and ethnic minority service users and carers who live in the London Borough of Newham.

What does the Forum do?

• The Forum helps Black and ethnic minority voluntary groups in their growth and in developing their ability to offer services.
• Brings together its member groups for a collective, stronger voice.
• Supports Black and ethnic minority service users, carers and voluntary sector representatives in being a part of local planning and consultation processes.
• Works in partnership with the local authority, health agencies and voluntary sector partners to aid the development of services which respond to local needs.
